Mesh Gravity Demo
A Super Mario Galaxy recreation + testing Mesh Gravity Fields, character control & camera following control.
WASD: Move
Space: Jump
Camera is automatic.
I've provided this Demo Build as it's exceedingly difficult to provide enough "feel" for these kinds of recreations from just footage. The player must Input to feel.

Although they used simple shapes, I went unneccesarily past that, solved an Origin Surface with a Matrix and made Mesh Gravity utilizing Mesh Normals instead.
It works well for very complex and intricate Meshes, but suffers against Meshes that have Triangle points far apart from each other such as the Cube Mesh.
Perhaps a mix of this Mesh Gravity for complex shapes, and simply precalculating Gravity for simple shapes would do the trick?
It was my childhood dream to understand & recreate this system, and I have done enough.
Techniques learnt making this was brought to next Recreation.
